If any are devout lovers of God, let them rejoice in this beautiful radiant feast. If any are wise servants, let them, rejoicing, enter into the joy of their Lord. If any have wearied themselves with fasting, let them now receive their due.

If any have labored from the first hour, let them today receive their just reward. If any have come at the third hour, with thanksgiving let them keep the feast. If any have arrived at the sixth hour, let them have no misgivings; for they shall suffer no loss.

If any have delayed until the ninth hour, let them draw near, fearing nothing. If any have tarried even until the eleventh hour, let them, also, be not alarmed at their tardiness. For the Master, who is jealous of His honor, will accept the last even as the first; He gives rest to him who comes at the eleventh hour, just as to him who has labored from the first.

He has mercy on the last, and provides for the first; to the one He gives, and to the other He shows kindness. He both honors the work and praises the intention. Enter, then, all of you, into the joy of our Lord, and, whether first or last, receive your reward.

Let no one mourn that he has fallen again and again; for forgiveness has risen from the grave. Let no one fear death, for the death of the Savior has set us free. He has destroyed it by enduring it. Christ is risen, and you, O death, are annihilated. Christ is risen, and the demons are fallen. Christ is risen, and the angels rejoice. Christ is risen, and life reigns. Christ is risen, and not one dead remains in a tomb. For Christ, being raised from the dead, has become the first-fruits of those who have fallen asleep. To Him be glory and dominion unto ages of ages. Amen.
